Judy-Lynn Del Rey bought this story for her paperback

anthology series (and provided the title) and I was able to

meet her and her husband at the 1976 World Science Fiction Convention in Kansas City. That was one of the most memorable conventions I have ever attended. I was new at being a writer and new at attending cons, and I was able to meet all the great science fiction writers whose work I had enjoyed for years.
